What are the postage rates?

Here at EAP PVA Direct we charge by weight, so please add your items to the cart and it will work out the cost of your delivery.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We aim to ship out all order order within 48 hours of order (2 working days) with the additional time of the courier service. If we envisage a delay, we will notify you of such an event.

Do you ship to outside the UK?

We are happy to ship our products to any country. Our delivery charges are based on the total weight, so if you have any questions before placing an order, please email us on info@pvadirect.com

Which courier do you use?

We use the Royal Mail as our couriers.

For UK delivery

Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after a minimum of 10 working days. Damaged items must be returned immediately to the return address on the package to be examined before replacement is issued.

Which postage service should I choose?

EAP cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by royal mail. However, if we can claim on your behalf we will issue a replacement to the value of £20 for 1st and 2nd class postage upon receipt of the claim being paid by Royal Mails insurance department.

For orders of a higher value than £20 Signed For service should be applied to guarantee compensation levels of £50 maximum. You will only be compensated to the maximum level of the postal service chosen by you the customer.

Returning items

Due to the nature of PVA and its reaction to the environment, the material shrinks when exposed to humid air, so we therefore cannot offer refunds in an event where the customer has changed their mind about the product.

Should you have an issue with the item, packaging or delivery, we advise you to call us and discuss the problem. We may consider a replacement if the reason is valid and returned to us within 24 hours of receiving the item, but do not guarantee a replacement until we have inspected the item.

Customer will be responsible for all return postage fees and must ensure that:

  • The item is repacked in its original box
  • You write “return” at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip and include with the items you are returning.
  • Consider insuring your package by choosing the appropriate postal service as stated above. In cases of lost or damaged  items by Royal Mail, EAP PVA Direct cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive although we will try on your behalf to reclaim compensation to the maximum level of the postal service applied.
